Portuguese Sportswear manufacturers, Strike Sports are set to release the first batch of replica Asante Kotoko merchandise as part of their three year deal with the club.
The former Ghana Premier League champions secured a three-year kit sponsorship deal with Portuguese sportswear manufacturers last month.
The representative of Strike, Ricardo Jorge Pereira is currently in Ghana on a working visit at new partners, Asante Kotoko, where some of the merchandise were delivered.
He has been interacting with managers of the club and will use the opportunity to exploit the other areas of possible collaborations.
The first batch of sets of jerseys, bibs, travelling bags etc as part of their deal with Kotoko have been delivered by the Strike have been delivered to the club.
The club is expected to earn GH¢50,000 for signing the partnership and stands to accrue more revenue from the sales of replica jerseys and paraphernalia to be brought down by the company.
Asante Kotoko is the first Ghanaian club to secure a deal with the Portuguese outfit.
