SPECIAL VOTING ISSUES
The Electoral Commission wishes to assure members of the security agencies and the general public that we are fully aware of the challenges some of them are facing at the various polling stations with the special voters list.
This was discussed with the Presidential candidates and their running mates this morning at a Presidential dialogue organized by the Commission on the elections held at the Movepick Ambassador Hotel in Accra.
The Commission is working with the hierarchy of the security agencies to resolve the challenge as soon as possible.
We urge the security personnel affected to remain calm.
Appropriate arrangements will be made for them all to vote in this year’s elections.
Thank you
Signed:
Eric Kofi Dzakpasu
