Ghana and Nigeria’s rivalry is set to be ignited again as some of Ghana’s biggest acts are set to face off with some of Nigeria’s later this month.
Artistes from both countries will hit the stage for a rare showdown on August 24 Eko Convention Centre in Lagos, Nigeria.
Dubbed the ‘Naija Invasion’, the concert, which coincides with the opening of Zylofon Media and Menzgold offices in Nigeria, will feature performances from Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Becca, Kumi Guitar, Joyce Blessing and Obibini.
2Baba, Patoranking, M.I, Phyno, Olamide, Ycee, Tekno and Niniola will represent Nigeria.
‘Naija Invasion’ is part of CEO of Menzgold and Zylofon Group, Nana Appiah Mensah’s vision to see his brands in every nook and cranny of the African continent as well as the rest of the world.
To this end, the Nigeria offices for the two respective outfits are scheduled for opening on August 24.
