The embattled Film Producer Michael Kwaku Ola has taken a swipe against former vice President of MUSIGA Kaakyire Kwame Appiah for accusing him of selling the Film Producers Association to the ruling NDC.
Kaakyire Kwame Appiah alleged that some executive members of FIPAG want to use the association as a pivot to capitalize on their whims and caprices.
Kaakyire Kwame Appiah alleged that, the earlier story that the industry players in Kumasi deliberately snubbed Akuffo Addo’s invite was cooked by Michael Ola and his cronies.
He stated, “Ola and his cohorts can never create confusion between us and the NPP Presidential candidate Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo.’’
But Michael Ola, who doubles as the Public Relations and Welfare Officer for FIPAG, says he is disappointed in comments made by Kaakyire Kwame Appiah against his persona.
Ola told Odeefour Kwasi Kay on Ashh Fm’s National Agenda on Wednesday that, in as much as he is a member of the ruling national democratic congress, it doesn’t warrant him to sabotage Nana Addo’s tour in Ashanti Region.
The FIPAG PRO expressed his dissatisfaction about how he has been receiving bashing from the public for forming a group to canvass votes for President Mahama.
Kwaku Ola revealed that he has been receiving threats from Kaakyire Kwame Appiah.
‘’I think Kaakyire is being mischievous about this issue, he is a senior brother but he must be careful on how he attacks people in public ‘’.
‘’What did Kaakyire bring on board when he was the Vice President of MUSIGA that guaranteed him to join the Film Industry?
