The Nigerian police have located the badly decomposed remains of a young woman who was missing her head, hands, and legs.
It is believed that this body belongs to one of the two girls who went missing over a month ago. The victims have been identified as Celine Ndudim from Nigeria and from Ghana.
They disappeared after visiting Andrew Amaechi, a man they had met on Facebook who claimed to be a businessman. The girls were last seen at Amaechi’s residence in Abia State.
A disturbing video showed that a curtain, similar to one found in Amaechi’s home, was used to cover the body discovered in the bushes.
This curtain was a crucial piece of evidence linking Amaechi to the horrifying find.
The police team investigating the disappearance of the girls discovered the decomposed body on Monday, June 3, 2024.
Nigerian activist Harrison Gwamnishu, who has been closely monitoring the case, confirmed the news on social media.
He mentioned that some body parts had been removed, and the remaining parts were wrapped in the curtain.
