Rahim Banda, Ambassador of Free SHS has paid a visit to Afadjato South District in the Volta Region where the DCE of the area Hon. James Etornam Flolu took him on a voyage to the deep ends of towns such as Have, Kpeve and the likes.
He later visited 35 schools as part of his two day .
