Today on 360 connect, we dive into the journey of an enterprise photographer with a Bsc. Computer Science degree.
1.Who are you?
Nkansah Barclays Emmanuel. The first of 2 kids, fun person whose aim is to make the most people around me smile and to be happy. A Graduate of GIMPA with Bsc. Computer Science and old boy of Accra Academy. Loves to play video games and to sleep.
2.Why photography?
Honestly, I had no idea I would be a photographer but I remember when I was a kid I use to love cameras and loved taking pix of people with their phones. I’m sure it started from there but I had the passion to make people smile and looking at a picture of you or something or someone and smiling is something else to me. So I’m sure it’s part of the reasons I became a photographer.
3.What motivates you as a photographer?
Being a photographer since 2016 my greatest motivation, is the Smiles from clients when ever I deliver a job.
4.Recount your experiences as a photographer with readers?
Photography has taken me places and introduced me to people. It has helped me built and bigger network both at home and abroad. It’s a job that doesn’t only require skill and patience but passion.
5.Your advice to upcoming ones who aspire to become photographers?
Photography is an art that requires a lot of patience, honesty, passion, integrity, willingness to learn everyday and fun. Don’t be too big to learn even from younger ones.
